У партнера рекрутингового агентство айЧар открыта вакансия на позицию IT Sales Manager.

Your role will be to for a bridge between our services and our clients’ needs and business. Working with warm leads generated by our lead generation team you will be responsible for the success of our sales efforts, as a part of a high performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the lead generation team in order to analyze and cultivate hot leads;

  • Assess opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations;

  • Establish long-term relationships with potential clients all over the world;

  • Analyze and understand the prospect’s business and challenges;

  • Cultivate relationships with both the clients and internal sibedge production teams;

  • Systematically identify and solve problems with clients;

  • Align with senior leadership to support sales plans and strategies;

  • Plan and document all sales-related activities into our CRM system.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, working with custome software development and outsourcing services;

  • Fluent (C1+) English;

  • Understanding of the IT industry and sales processes;

  • Proven track record of successful deals;

  • Ability to "talk shop" with the development both internal and customer development teams.
